With a 100,000+ square foot showroom and warehouse, we provide businesses with high-quality new and pre-owned office furniture from leading brands such as Herman Miller, Steelcase, and Haworth.We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team.This is a full-time, on-site position located in Carrollton, TX. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility depending on workload and projects.There is strong income potential in this role for someone who is motivated, organized, and eager to grow. Compensation structure and earning opportunities can be discussed further during the interview process.Responsibilities : Greet and assist walk-in showroom customersAnswer incoming phone calls and customer inquiriesBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsConduct follow-up calls and outreach to potential customersHelp clients identify office furniture and workspace solutions that fit their needsManage projects from initial inquiry through completionCoordinate product availability, delivery scheduling, and installationsMaintain customer satisfaction and long-term client retentionQualifications: Strong communication and customer service skillsProven sales and relationship-building abilitiesSelf-motivated and team-oriented mindsetAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and demeanorBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Experience with CRM systems is a plusAbility to accurately read a tape measurePrevious furniture sales or related industry experience is a plus, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferredCompensation: Commission-based earning potential estimated at $35,000 – $95,000+ annually
