Role: Construction ManagerPosition SummaryThe Construction Manager is responsible for leading the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects to ensure high-quality results are delivered on time and within budget. This role focuses on crew leadership, client communication, quality control, and project oversight.Responsibilities1. (45%) Manage Construction Operations & Project ExecutionLead and oversee daily construction operations and project schedulesProvide direction to field supervisors, foremen, and crewsMonitor timelines, budgets, labor, materials, and equipment needsCoordinate project scheduling and communicate progress with internal teamsIdentify and resolve project challenges to keep work on track2. (25%) Client Communication & ExperienceMaintain strong communication with clients throughout projectsProvide project updates and address client concernsManage change orders and scope adjustments as needed3. (15%) Project Tracking & PerformanceMonitor project progress, budgets, and quality standardsConduct site visits to assess performance and identify issuesCommunicate project status and risks to leadership4. (10%) Quality Control & SafetyEnsure projects meet company quality and safety standardsIdentify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actionsCoach crews on quality expectations and best practices5. (5%) Permitting & CoordinationAssist with permitting coordination and project documentationWork with internal teams, consultants, and agencies as neededQualifications10+ years of construction or landscape project management experienceStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and field operationsExperience with project management software and Excel preferred
