Commercial Lines Customer Service ProfessionalAre you a detail-oriented insurance professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service? We are seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Professional to support our growing commercial insurance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and wants to be part of a collaborative agency culture.Responsibilities:Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accountsProcess policy changes, certificates, endorsements, audits, renewals, and cancellationsRespond promptly to client questions and coverage requestsAssist producers with account management and retention effortsMarket accounts and communicate with insurance carriers as neededReview policies for accuracy and coverage needsMaintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management systemHelp deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and retentionQualifications:Previous commercial lines insurance experience preferredActive Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtainStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environmentExperience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar is a plusTeam-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detailAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
