The role involves developing and delivering engaging Spanish language lessons, designing curriculum appropriate for middle school students, and cultivating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Additional responsibilities include assessing student progress, fostering strong communication with students and families, and contributing to the broader school community.QualificationsProficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum DevelopmentExperience with Middle School education and an understanding of developmental needs at this ageStrong skills in Teaching and effective Communication, both with students and familiesCommitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse classroom and school environmentFluency in Spanish and a strong command of EnglishRelevant teaching certification and/or degree in education, Spanish, or a related fieldFamiliarity with or experience in independent school settings is a plus
