Employment Counsel

Known for its high-performance culture and investment in cutting-edge technology, the firm offers a dynamic environment where teams are empowered to move quickly, collaborate closely, and drive real impact.The legal team is lean, highly respected, and deeply embedded within the business, providing direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence key decisions in real time.Responsibilities:Advise HR and business stakeholders on a broad range of employment law matters across the full employee lifecycleDraft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements, policies, and documentationConduct and support internal investigations related to workplace issuesProvide practical, risk-based guidance on employee relations, performance management, terminations, and compliancePartner cross-functionally to identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risksSupport employment-related aspects of broader business initiatives as neededQualifications:J.D. and active bar admission~8+ years of employment law experience, either in-house or at a law firmStrong background advising on day-to-day employment counseling and employee relations mattersExperience handling investigations and working closely with HR and business leadersAbility to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentPrior experience in financial services, trading, or other regulated industries is a plusThis is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role at a firm known for its innovation, strong market position, and collaborative, performance-driven culture.
