Document Delivery Specialist – Part-Time (Flexible)Location: Durham, NC and Surrounding AreasPosition Type: Part-Time | Flexible HoursWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Delivery Specialist. This role is responsible for assisting with permit pickups, application drop-offs, and close-out document deliveries related to construction projects throughout Durham and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable working independently while representing the company in municipal offices and at job sites.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for supplemental income and a highly flexible schedule. Hours will vary based on project needs and permit activity, with some weeks requiring several hours of work and other weeks requiring little to no time. Most tasks occur during standard business hours, though some document deliveries may be completed after hours when needed.
