Actuarial Analyst (Consulting role)

The Role As an Actuarial Consultant at WTW, you'll collaborate with both local and international colleagues on a wide range of projects involving employee benefit plans. Your responsibilities will include: Performing actuarial valuations for corporate reporting (USGAAP, IFS) and statutory pension fund reporting; Managing and reporting on pension funds, ensuring full compliance: Supporting plan design through actuarial modeling, implementation, and employee communication strategies; Conducting benefit audits and benchmarking studies; Engaging in asset/liability modeling: Leading employee communication initiatives: Contributing to M&A studies from a benefits perspective. Qualifications Qualifications A degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, or similar. Other qualifications may be considered based on experience. 1-5 years of relevant experience in employee benefits, whether in consuiting, insurance, broking, or finance. Fluency in English is mandatory. German is a great plus. Proficiency in IT tools, in particular MS Office such as Excel. Strong communicator, detail oriented, numerical, and flexible.
