Key Account Manager - Automotive OEMWhat is on offerCompetitive base salary with strong bonus potentialHigh-impact role owning major OEM accounts across North AmericaOpportunity to work with leading automotive manufacturersClear progression within a global, well-established organizationAbout the companyA global supplier of advanced materials and application systems to the automotive industry, supporting automotive OEMs with bonding, sealing and coating solutionsThe business has built a strong reputation through long-term OEM partnerships, technical expertise and continuous innovation, and is investing in further growth across North America.The roleThis is a senior, commercially focused position with full ownership of key automotive OEM accounts.You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing long-term customer strategies and strengthening relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, while acting as a key interface between the customer and internal teams.Key responsibilitiesOwn and grow key automotive OEM accounts across North AmericaDevelop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and profitabilityBuild relationships across engineering, purchasing and leadership teams within OEMsIdentify and convert new business opportunities within existing customersLead forecasting, pricing and commercial negotiationsCoordinate cross-functional teams including technical and project stakeholdersEnsure alignment with automotive processes including PPAP, APQP and customer requirementsSupport and influence internal teams to deliver on customer expectationsWhat we are looking for10+ years' experience in sales or account management within the automotive industryDirect experience managing automotive OEM customersStrong understanding of automotive processes such as PPAP and APQPProven track record of growing key accounts and delivering commercial resultsExperience working with materials, components or technical products (chemicals not essential)Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence at multiple levelsBased within a commutable distance of Taylor, MIApply now for a confidential discussion.Or contact Natalie Worsley:+44 161 515 6343natalie@walkerlovell.com
