We work hard, have fun doing it, and are looking for people who share that energy.Position Overview:We are looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to own Lems Shoes' paid digital advertising across all major platforms. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role manages day-to-day campaign execution across a $3–5M annual ad spend budget, with a sharp focus on customer acquisition, ROAS optimization, and supporting the brand's continued growth. This is a full-time, salaried, Colorado based role.The ideal candidate is a proven performance marketer who brings deep platform expertise, a sharp analytical mind, and a track record of scaling paid media for D2C brands. You lead with data, dig deep into performance metrics, and use insights to drive every campaign decision , while partnering closely with the marketing team to align on creative direction, messaging, and what it takes to make an ad truly perform.Essential Job Functions:Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platformsOwn day-to-day campaign operations including audience targeting, bid strategies, budget pacing, and A/B testingMonitor and optimize campaigns continuously to meet KPI targets including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rateManage a $3–5M annual ad budget with accuracy, ensuring spend is on pace and allocated effectively across channelsDevelop and execute a full-funnel paid media strategy aligned with seasonal launches, product drops, and brand initiativesAnalyze campaign performance data and deliver clear, actionable weekly and monthly reporting to the Creative DirectorIdentify trends, opportunities, and areas of underperformance and make data-backed recommendationsPartner closely with the Creative Director and design team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creative, including static, video, and UGC formatsContribute creative instincts and performance insights to guide what content gets made and how it's positionedConduct ongoing creative testing to identify winning concepts and scale what worksManage and maintain ad platform pixels, UTM structures, and conversion tracking in coordination with external web development partnersUtilize analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar) to build a clear picture of channel performanceStay current on platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and D2C industry trendsPerform additional duties as needed in support of team and company goalsQualifications:E-commerce or D2C experience is required5+ years of hands-on paid digital advertising experience in D2C e-commerce or retailDemonstrated experience managing $3M+ in annual ad spend across Meta and Google platformsProficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google AnalyticsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear decisions and recommendationsSolid understanding of e-commerce KPIs, conversion funnels, and customer lifetime valueExperience with TikTok Ads or YouTube advertising preferredFamiliarity with MMP/attribution tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar preferredExperience with Shopify-based e-commerce environments preferredBasic working knowledge of Google Tag Manager a plusExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneouslyA collaborative, solutions-oriented communicator who thrives in a small, fast-moving teamA passion for or curiosity about minimalist/zero-drop footwear is a strong plusCompensation & Benefits:PaySalary, exempt$100,000–$120,000/yearBonus eligibleScheduleFull-time, 35–40 hrs/weekMon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMLocationColorado basedHealth InsuranceMedical, dental & visionEligible 1st of month following hire date401(k)Available after 90-day waiting periodTime OffFlexible PTO+ Paid holidays and paid sick timeJob Description: https://lemsxjobdescriptionxperfmarketing.netlify.app/Please send your resume and cover letter to careers@lemsshoes.com
