Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently at the cash register
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items following established recipes and food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a safe environment
Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety
Assist in menu planning and suggest daily specials to enhance customer satisfaction
Serve food promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards and customer expectations
Support catering events or special functions by preparing meals and managing serving stations as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or catering environments is highly preferred
Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife skills
Experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus
Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and fine dining standards is advantageous
