Real Estate Sales Support Agent
Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive real estate professional to support three active agents on a fast-moving team. Schedule & Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday. This role requires consistent on-site presence to support daily team operations and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries and leads via phone, email, and messaging
Respond promptly to new leads and maintain consistent follow-up communication
Track, organize, and nurture leads within the CRM so no opportunity is missed
Make outbound calls and follow-ups to support lead conversion and client engagement
Provide daily administrative support to three real estate agents
Manage calendars, appointments, and client communications
Coordinate showings, inspections, and open houses
Prepare listing materials, contracts, and transaction paperwork
Maintain CRM systems and client databases
Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, inspectors, and industry partners
Track transaction timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications & Requirements
Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one within 60 days of hire
Experience with Google Workspace, AFrame, Dropbox, SkySlope, and iOS systems strongly preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable speaking on the phone and initiating conversations with clients and leads
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks at once

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
