Part-TIme Project Manager

CTG is seeking to fill a Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare Data Integration (P/T) position for our client. *Location: *Anchorage, AK (hybrid remote) *Duration: *3 months Position Summary Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a healthcare data-sharing initiative focused on implementing interoperable client records, shared tools, and integration with existing IT systems. This role will serve as the primary liaison between participating stakeholders and a Health Information Exchange (HIE) partner organization, facilitating technical implementation activities, data governance requirements, pilot projects, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Qualifications * Bachelor's degree * 8+ years of project management experience * Experience leading complex IT implementation projects * Healthcare, public sector, human services, or regulated industry experience preferred * Experience coordinating multiple stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams * Familiarity with healthcare data sharing, interoperability, or information exchange initiatives * Understanding of HIPAA requirements and data governance principles * Experience with vendor management, contract administration, RFPs, and SOW development * Strong communication, change management, and organizational skills Key Responsibilities * Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners * Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and project closeout activities * Facilitate technical implementation efforts supporting interoperable client records and shared systems * Establish governance structures, workgroups, and communication plans * Coordinate pilot project launches and evaluation activities * Support data governance discussions and compliance requirements * Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies * Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement activities * Support organizational change management and user adoption efforts Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
