Operator II

Operator IIWieland is hiring an Operator II. The Operator II will be responsible for working with a variety of different equipment lines including cutting, packing, annealing, and cleaning. It is essential to be able to perform all the functions of all of these equipment lines because they are manned based on production demands. Rotating Operator II employees to different equipment lines is essential to decrease repetition for safety and to ensure that qualified individuals are available to operate the necessary equipment. This role is located in Cuba, MO and will be fully on-site.Starting Pay: $21.07 per hourSchedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pmPay Schedule: Bi-weeklyResponsibilitiesPerform required quality checks and ensure overall product quality for customer satisfactionsOperator II's must consistently meet or exceed production standardsHousekeepingEmployees are accountable to achieve the Safety Vision for Wieland Fineweld Tube Products.
