Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role based in Woodbury, NJ. The Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys in various aspects of family law cases, including preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, maintaining case files, and facilitating communication with clients and external parties. The Paralegal will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of legal processes within the firm. Qualifications Strong understanding of Law and experience in Legal Document PreparationProficiency in Research and Document ReviewExcellent written and verbal Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and legal teamsHighly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented settingProficiency in legal software and tools is a plusPrior experience in family law and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
