The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to enhance outdoor spaces as well as indoor spaces. Must pass both background check and drug test. Duties include but not limited to the following: Perform general landscape maintenance tasks. Dig and plant shrubs and flowers. Mow and edge lawns to maintain a neat appearance. Utilize hand tools and power tools for landscaping/property projects. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge for equipment operation. Complete checklist for property maintenance and upkeep logs. Assist Head Groundskeeper with weekly projects. Handyman projects. Demonstrate knowledge to make basic home repairs. Ability to lift/carry boxes and bins. Ability to assist other team members when necessary. - Prior experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred.- Ability to work efficiently in various weather outdoor conditions. -Ability to work efficiently on weekly check lists to maintain property needs. - Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques.- Familiarity with operating hand tools and power tools.- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
