The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing mortgage processing and operations teams, driving measurable processing improvements, and transforming the operational landscape. A key aspect of the role is the ability to implement and scale process improvements, particularly in the context of digital transformation initiatives. The VP will also be tasked with ensuring the consistent delivery of quality, performance, and compliance, both for onshore and offshore teams.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong preference for a background in mortgage processing or operations. A minimum of 10 years of management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within mortgage processing or operations, is required. The role demands a proven track record in driving processing improvements through data and analytics, as well as deep experience in workflow optimization and operational redesign. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of mortgage processing, documentation requirements, and the end-to-end loan lifecycle, and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, investor guidelines, and GSE loan programs.
