This position works closely with cross-functional teams to support compliance efforts, solve practical problems, and ensure our products and operations meet regulatory and environmental requirements.This isn’t a “paper-pushing” compliance role. You’ll be a trusted partner across Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams, translating complex regulations into practical, workable solutions that protect people, products, and the planet.If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated by meaningful impact, this role gives you a seat at the table where science, sustainability, and global operations intersect.This position is based on-site at our Bend, Oregon headquarters, with periodic domestic and international travel, and reports directly to the Senior Director, Global Regulatory Affairs.Job DescriptionWhat You’ll DoAs a Regulatory & Compliance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products, facilities, and operations comply with environmental, health, and safety requirements, while helping the business move forward responsibly.
