This is your chance to shape how layout gets done across multiple projects.What You'll Be DoingOwn Layout Across ProjectsRun and oversee total station layout (Topcon preferred)Set control points and make sure everything lines up exactly how it shouldLayout anchor bolts, embeds, and structural componentsCatch issues before they turn into expensive problemsWork With the People Who Actually Build It Partner with Project Managers & SuperintendentsHelp solve layout challenges in real timeKeep jobs moving instead of slowing them downBuild on Existing Processes (and Address What's Missing) Create better processes for how layout is doneBring consistency across jobsReduce rework and make everyone's life easierOwn the Technology Manage total station equipment and layout filesKeep field and design data clean and organizedHelp us get smarter and more efficient with how we use technologyHelp Others Get Better Train field teams on layout processesBe the go-to person when things don't look rightWhat We're Looking For 5+ years in construction layout, surveying, or field engineeringYou actually understand how things get built-not just what the plans sayStrong total station experience (Topcon is a plus)Someone who notices problems and fixes them instead of walking past themAble to juggle multiple projects without losing the detailsWhy This Role Is Different You're not stuck on one job-you'll impact all of themYou'll build systems, not just follow themYou'll play a direct role in reducing rework and improving performanceYou'll have real input on how things are done moving forwardLet's TalkIf you're someone who wants more than just a job-and actually wants to build something and make an impact -we'd like to talk.
