LEARN is seeking a Managing Behavior Analyst to oversee the delivery of behavior treatment services with the support of Managing Technicians, Assistant Behavior Analysts and/or other Behavior Analysts. Managing Behavior Analysts are driven to provide clinically excellent services to their clients and their families, while promoting the clinical and professional development of the program managers and technicians assigned to their teams.See why joining our team could be the perfect fit for you https//youtu.be/ehqCfFFy21MProvide clinical direction to program managers and technicians for assigned clientsDeliver protocol modification, assessment and family treatment guidance for assigned clientsEnsure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliabilityComplete mandatory trainings and attend required meetingsProvide clinical and professional feedback to staffDocument services delivered accurately and timely according to company policiesCollaborate with Clinical Director regarding assignment of BAs to BT teamsReport clinical and scheduling concerns promptlyAdhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwrittenComplete other tasks as assigned by supervisorBoard Certified Behavior Analyst certification/MA Licensure Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)Valid Driver’s licenseYour own reliable transportationExpected to travel up to (1) hour from your regional office to provide services to clientsWith training, performs appropriate physical management as needed to ensure client safetyWorks independently as well as in a team environment with colleagues and supervisorsCommunicates well in both verbal and written formsCollaborates well with othersHelps resolve conflicts when they arise and conducts oneself in a professional mannerExcellent problem-solving skillsExperience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities Required to push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs.Must be able to walk, stand and sit for long periods of timeMust have the ability to react quickly to the motion of clients and objectsRequired at times to reach up, stoop, kneel, balance, crouch or crawlThere may be times when you will need to exert control of clients within the guidelines of ABAWhat We Offer YouBCI offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including health, dental, and disability insuranceDependent Care Flexible Spending401k Flexible schedulesAmazing growth opportunities within the companyWe strive to be the best in our profession.
