Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Education team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and monitor individualized, evidence-based behavioral supports while partnering closely with education and therapeutic teams. This position blends hands-on clinical work, collaboration, and system-level influence, allowing you to shape both individual student outcomes and broader program success. You will also play a key role in coaching staff, improving systems, and advancing trauma-informed, data-driven practices across the school. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Consultation & Integrated CareServes as a clinical consultant on behavior analysis across all school settings for Day School students, to ensure behavioral strategies are applied with consistency and fidelity, and rooted in trauma-informed care.Exercise independent clinical judgment in the application of behavior analytic practices, consistent with BACB ethical standards and state regulations,Ensure all behavior analytic recommendations are aligned with therapeutic, medical, and educational interventions through an integrated care framework to promote holistic day school student outcomes. Assessment, Intervention Planning & DocumentationConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in collaboration with IEP teamsDevelop and guide implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans using function-based strategiesMaintain clear, timely, and audit-ready documentation Data Analysis, Systems Support & PBIS ImplementationUse data to monitor progress, adjust interventions, and drive decision-makingSupport PBIS and EMLSS frameworks with proactive, preventative strategiesHelp strengthen systems, tools, and processes that improve consistency and outcomes for our studentsSupport implementation of the EMLSS framework by actively participating in tiered support meetings, providing data-informed recommendations Training, Coaching & Professional DevelopmentModel behavioral strategies in real time by working directly with students when appropriate, using these opportunities to coach staff, demonstrate best practices, and build staff confidence in applying interventions independentlyDeliver advanced trainings and professional development to improve staff competenciesEngages in company-provided ongoing professional development to remain current with advances in behavior analysis and related fields to strengthen best practices and contribute to organizational growth.
