A well-established industrial equipment manufacturer in Ewing, NJ with over 60 years in business is looking for a hands-on Machine Assembler to join their manufacturing floor. You will be assembling complex industrial cleaning machines from the ground up — working with stainless steel components, mechanical hardware, plumbing connections, and precision instruments in a clean, stable indoor shop environment.This is not a production line job. Every machine you build is a complete unit that ships to customers in aerospace, medical device, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries worldwide. You take pride in what you build and it shows in the quality of your work.What You Will DoBuild industrial machines from start to finish using blueprints and assembly drawingsAssemble stainless steel frames, panels, brackets, and mechanical subassemblies using hand and power toolsInstall basic plumbing connections including pipes, fittings, and valves as part of the machine buildWork with heating and cooling components during complete machine assemblyUse precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and torque wrenches dailyPerform mechanical testing and inspection of completed assemblies before shipmentComplete work orders, inspection logs, and production documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following 5S standardsCollaborate with engineering and quality teams when assembly questions ariseWhat We Are Looking For1–3 years of hands-on mechanical assembly, industrial equipment, or trade experienceComfortable reading blueprints and building from technical assembly drawings independentlyStrong with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instrumentsAny exposure to plumbing connections, fluid systems, or heating and cooling components is a plus — does not need to be your primary backgroundDetail oriented, reliable, and takes ownership of their workStable work history — minimum 1–2 years in previous rolesAble to lift 50 lbs and stand throughout an 8 hour shiftStrong work ethic and attention to detailWhat Makes This a Great Opportunity$24–$26/hr — flexible upward for the right candidate and experience levelMonday through Friday 7AM–3:30PM — no weekends, no on-call, no field workClean, organized indoor manufacturing environment — not a dirty or noisy shopContract to hire with a genuine path to permanent full-time employmentStable company that has been the leader in their industry for over 60 yearsBuild precision equipment used by aerospace, medical, pharmaceutical, and defense companies worldwide
