Installation Manager (PERM)

Precision Closets and Garage in American Fork seeks for a full-time Installation Manager.RequiredThe Installation Manager will perform the following duties, focusing on preparing cabinet installation projects, selecting the materials required, and overseeing team performance:Oversee Installations - Examine installation sites to determine which tools, systems, or processes will be used;Inspect and monitor work areas, examining tools and equipment;Review and potentially remove old cabinets to prepare for the new installations; andTest and measure completed work, using devices such as hand tools or gauges to verify conformance to standards.Project Management - Interpret specifications, blueprints, or job orders to construct templates and lay out reference points for workers;Monitor tool and part inventories, requesting materials, supplies, or replacement parts;Develop and implement installation policies and procedures; andMonitor information about projects or clients, to detect or assess problems.Personnel Training - Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, operational procedures, and equipment use;Plan and oversee staffing, including scheduling, approving time off, and ensuring adequate operational coverage;Ensure work orders and client requests are being adhered to;Relaying information about specific projects to supervisors; andGuide and direct subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring work.Requirements: Two years of experience in installations and management.Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, off Saturday and Sunday.Experience: Two years of experience in installations and management.How to Apply: Email resumes: Daniel Campos - danny@precisioncloset.com
