The Inside Sales Representative will handle lead generation, maintain and grow client accounts, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and provide stellar customer service. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, managing sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, addressing client needs, and collaborating with the team to meet sales goals. This position is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping businesses succeed through impactful visual communication solutions.QualificationsPrior experience in the signage or print industry is advantageous but not required.Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to proactively identify and connect with potential clients.Proven experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring excellent client experiences.Skills in Account Management and the ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or related certifications is a plus.
