Basic Qualifications Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high level, strategic, cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization Domain Expertise: Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes. Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Job DescriptionWho You AreThe 1LMX MES & PLM Functional Manager will oversee the OSM (Operations Systems & Modeling) functional teams responsible for defining, harmonizing, and deploying Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) capabilities under the IDE (Integrated Digital Environment) Saber 2.0 initiative. Familiarity with Siemens Xcelerator, SAP, Apriso. Knowledge of Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) concepts and digital thread connectivity. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
