Our award-winning work-life balance is the result of a strong team commitment and industry leading collaboration.Your role as Property Manager is critical to AL's success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient operation of the property under the direction of the Regional Manager.Your "Day to Day" at American Landmark as a Property Manager:Directly supervise office staffDaily physical inspections of the propertyResponsible for the property's leasingThorough knowledge of company leasing techniques and sales methodsFull knowledge of property rental informationOperating the property's budget within the company's financial guidelinesResponsible for the interviewing, screening, and hiring of staffPrioritizing all resident requests with an efficient and courteous responseResponsible for generating various company required reportsCollaborative design and implementation of a resident retention program, i.e., a newsletter, resident referral program or social activitiesResponsible for securing at least 10% of the overall closed leases at the propertyQualifying Accomplishments of a Property Manager:The Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification is highly recommended for this position.Minimum of 2 years working in the apartment industry as a Property ManagerKnowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site or similar systems is requiredCollege degree helpful but not requiredStrong customer service experience requiredBi-lingual helpsWhat American Landmark Offers You:Market competitive salaryComprehensive insurance coverage to include Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, Long and Short-Term DisabilityThree weeks' paid vacation per yearIndustry competitive bonus structure to include move-ins and renewal poolEducation/Tuition Reimbursement401K Retirement Plan w/ 4% match30% rent discounted apartmentCell phone allowanceBackground & drug screening are a requirement.
