Manager, Software Engineering - Interaction Design

Overview In this role you lead the Interaction Design engineering team to build and maintain runtime APIs for high-fidelity interactions and animations across Figma’s product suite. You partner with product and engineering leadership to set strategy and priorities, while scaling a high-performing, inclusive team. You’ll work hands-on when needed to tackle complex technical challenges and drive a roadmap that enhances Prototyping, Slides, and Smart Animate.
