Job Summary: Tryfacta is seeking a Travel LPN/LVN for our client in Bennington VT . This is a temporary contract assignment. Position Title: Travel LPN/LVN Location: Bennington VT Duration: 14 Weeks (Possible extension) Work Schedule: 5x8 || 40 hrs. Pay rate : $ - $ /week Qualification: Active LVN/LPN license in the state of Vermont (or compact license if applicable). Minimum 1 year of LVN/LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar healthcare setting preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification required. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and state regulations. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN or physician. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatments. Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans. Support residents with daily living activities while promoting independence and comfort. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
