Responsibilities:Administer medication and treatments to residentsRespond to resident's emergency calls in a timely mannerAssure residents are being cared for per established guidelinesResponsible for following up on concerns reported by non-licensed staffMaintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered. Requirements:Active RN/LPN License in Illinois requiredA desire to provide a high level of care and customer service is required1 year of experience working in a skilled/rehab setting requiredExcellent organization skills
