Role Overview: We are seeking a Design Associate who is a team player, very organized, and eager to learn about specialty tile and stone. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and potentially grow into a full-time role with responsibilities including client project design and custom order processing. Key Responsibilities: Assist design professionals with product selections for custom projects to meet specified design requirements. Support customer and designer meetings by taking detailed notes, photos, and videos, and creating visual summaries using Google Workplace. Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, updating clients on order status, and pricing out different tile and stone options. Contribute to social media content creation, including monthly blog posts, Instagram reels, and posts about new products, tile lines, and jobsite visits. Check and manage sample orders and assist in customizing tile displays. Qualifications: Current student or recent graduate in Interior Design preferred. Familiarity with interior design trends is a plus. Proficiency in Google Workplace (Slides & Docs) and general computer skills is a must. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Customer service experience is beneficial. QuickBooks knowledge is a plus but not required. Why Join Us?
