Production Supervisor IIIJob Category: Mfg Operations Supervisor: Adam Russell Requisition Number: PRODU004184Posted: May 4, 2026Full-TimeOn-siteShelbyville, Shelbyville, IN 46176, USAJob DetailsDescriptionEssential Functions:Support safety, health, and environmental rules and lead by exampleEnsure product quality meets internal and external specifications.Maintain and operate equipment following procedures and best practices as defined in the control planConduct process and product audits according to the work instructionsLead change-over following proper set-up procedure according to work instructionsTurn around any set asides and hold activity in a timely mannerCommunicate concerns, improvements and general information to the line leaderTroubleshooting and problem solving of manufacturing problems in the operations.Provide support to the process improver and line leader in pursuit of continuous improvement.Fulfill assignments/tasks given by line leader.Actively participate in area problem solving teams and other groups as necessary to achieve production goals.Check inventories and schedule.
