We don't have partner processes, playbooks, or a team. That means the strategy, the outreach, the relationships, the infrastructure, and eventually the team.You won't inherit someone else's program. You'll set the direction, make the calls, and put your fingerprints on everything. If that sounds like exactly what you've been waiting for, keep reading.WHAT YOU'LL BUILDA partnership program, from the ground up.In year one, you'll be doing all of this:Mapping the partner landscape — identifying who the right referral partners are, why, and in what order to pursue themBuilding outreach and activation systems that don't rely on you being in ten places at onceAttending conferences and industry events to establish presence and convert conversations into pipelineDefining what a healthy partner relationship looks like — and building the tracking and reporting to know when one isn'tLaying the groundwork for a team — what roles are needed, when, and what they'll ownWorking directly with leadership to make sure partnership revenue connects back to company-wide goalsIn year two and beyond, the program you built becomes the thing you lead.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORA builder with a track record.You don't need to come from the legal industry.
