Full Stack Developer
Experienced Software Developer (.NET/Full Stack)This full-time experienced Software Developer role is ideal for an experienced .NET full stack engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges. You will design, develop, and support mission-critical software systems used in real-world production environments, working largely independently with minimal oversight. The role involves close collaboration with both internal development teams and customers to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. The position can be remote, with a preference for candidates within reasonable driving distance of Danville, KY, and includes occasional to frequent travel to customer sites as needed.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain software applications using.NET and C#.Build, enhance, and support front-end applications utilizing Angular or Blazor.Develop, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs and other service integrations.Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and support SQL Server database environments.Participate in software architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.Manage source code repositories and development workflows using Git and Azure DevOps.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and support active production software systems in real-world environments.Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.Travel to customer locations when necessary to support implementations, deployments, and project activities.Contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing maintenance.Adapt to changing priorities and project demands while maintaining high standards of code quality and reliability.Take ownership of technical challenges and proactively seek and implement solutions.Essential Skills7+ years of professional software development experience (10+ years preferred).Strong proficiency with C#,.NET Framework, and.NET for application development.Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including database design and complex querying.Front-end development experience using Angular (JavaScript) and/or Blazor.Practical experience with RESTful API development, integration, setup, and consumption.Proficiency with Git-based version control for managing source code.Experience using Azure DevOps for source code repositories and development workflows.Proven experience working on active production software systems.Ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal direction.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in complex technical environments.Experience participating on collaborative software development teams.Comfort working outside of a highly structured Agile environment and adapting quickly to change.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of Azure DevOps practices beyond basic source control usage.Experience developing high-performance or near real-time applications.Familiarity with in-memory programming concepts such as caching and ConcurrentDictionary-based solutions.Experience supporting software within manufacturing, material handling, logistics, industrial automation, or similar operational environments.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Exposure to server administration and an understanding of server and network-related concepts.Enjoys learning independently and asking questions to deepen technical and domain understanding.Demonstrates curiosity about how systems work and prefers to investigate and explore solutions directly.Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, customer needs, and project timelines.Strong sense of ownership, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time role that can be performed remotely, with a preference for candidates within reasonable driving distance of Danville, KY. The position involves occasional to frequent paid travel to customer sites, with many customers located in California, New Jersey, Texas, and Kentucky. You will work with modern technologies including.NET, C#, SQL Server, Angular or Blazor, RESTful APIs, Git, and Azure DevOps, supporting mission-critical systems in real production and operational environments.
