We center historically disenfranchised communities as leaders in shaping their own well being and we believe how we resource the work matters just as much as the work itself.What You’ll DoAs Treasurer, you will be part of our Executive Committee and help guide how we hold, move, and protect our resources.You will:Oversee financial health, budgeting, and reportingHelp ensure we are in compliance and operating with integritySupport audits and financial systemsGuide financial strategy, including sustainability and reservesChair the Finance Committee and support clear, accessible financial communicationWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in finance, accounting, or nonprofit financial managementAbility to make financial information make sense to real peopleCommitment to transparency, shared leadership, and community accountabilityAlignment with healing justice and racial equityYou do not have to be perfect.
