Position Overview: The Associate Business Analyst - DOT will work closely with both client and internal teams to identify business needs, support solution development, and ensure effective implementation. This role will provide continuous operational support and contribute to enhancing the client's program. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the financial team to document business needs, recommend process improvements, and develop process documents, SOPs, and training materials. Conduct financial analysis, including balance sheets, income statements, and financial ratios. Maintain a working knowledge of accounting principles and intermediate Excel skills. Develop, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvements. Manage and update SharePoint lists, libraries, and public-facing website content. Provide operational support including scheduling meetings, taking notes, procuring office space, and managing shared document libraries. Create and maintain high-quality content such as briefings, presentations, project plans, and reports. Support day-to-day client activities and collaborate with management to meet program deliverables.
