For fully licensed psychologists and therapists, we are also looking for someone who would be excited to supervise interns and pre-licensed clinicians. By joining our team you will be provided with: Pay: Pre-licensed - $55/billable hour, with potential for bonuses and room to grow Licensed - $100/billable hour, with potential for bonuses and with room to grow Flexible hybrid scheduling (you create your own schedule, 1 day in person in Irvine, at least 1 evening or weekend shift) Psychodynamic Supervision and/or Case consultation and continuing support Support in developing group therapy, wellness workshops, and other ideas for psychological services in addition to one-to-one therapy Access to HIPAA compliant EHR and Telehealth platform Templates for intakes, notes, and communication with clients Company email Advertising, paid for psychology today Potential to grow! Qualifications and what we are looking for: Positions for post-docs and licensed clinicians Motivated to continue developing their individual and group psychotherapy skills Experienced and interested in psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, Jungian, IFS, contemplative/mindfulness, nature based, process groups and related therapy approaches Excited to join a growing practice, with options to offer group therapy, wellness workshops, and explore other ideas for services in addition to one-to-one therapy Option to provide psychotherapy services both Telehealth and in person in Irvine and/or South OC location tbd. Flexible hybrid schedule planned as 1-2 days in person Available to work at least one evening and/or weekend shift (example, 3pm-7pm) Feels comfortable working independently Wants to be part of a welcoming and inclusive group practice Has strong problem solving skills Has strong communication skills Is proficient with google workspace Interested to grow with practice over time.
