Also open to Operations Manager (non-board).ResponsibilitiesThis role will share/split up the following responsibilities with the other Operations Co-chair:Manage and update our website, as needed.Maintain our tech stack, including permissions and troubleshooting.Recruiting tasks, such as conduct screening interviews for new volunteers or board members.Other operational tasks as needed; all responsibilities are shared between both co-chairs.Co-create/deliver trainings (e.g., cybersecurity, new tools) to board members and volunteers.QualificationsWilling to commit to a 1-2 year term.Reliable access to computer and webcam.Strong organizational and collaboration skills.Comfortable with software and digital technology (training provided).Experience with Google Admin and Monday.com preferred, but not required.ABOUT THE APPLICATION PROCESSHow to ApplyIf you’re interested in applying for the volunteer position, you’ll need to:Attach your resume.Answer these questions in a cover letter: (1) Which role(s) volunteer interests you?
