You will be responsible for providing strategic support around key sports tentpoles while managing communication both internally across agency partners and externally with a variety of client partners in a fast-paced environment. This is a unique position within Hearts & Science with a direct connection to Optimum Sports - OMG’s dedicated sports marketing agency which provides both sports sponsorship & media expertise using the latest research & ROI tools to facilitate everything from Ideation to execution to actualization.Qualifications3+ years in the media industry and experience with multiple media; digital or social experience preferredExtremely strong communicator, both written and verbal – in person and on conference callsCreative thinker who has the ability to develop unique ideas, solutions, and programsHighly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize many simultaneous deliverablesStrong background in client services and account management Strong quantitative and analytical/results-oriented skillsPassion for sports; experience working within sports preferred but not mandatoryResponsibilitiesLead sports idea generation while managing client facing sell throughConstruct multi-media marketing programs or ideas using expertise, marketplace intel, and creative thinkingWork with vendors to develop custom extensions or alter existing elements to fit within overall programDetermine optimal asset mix + branding elements within sponsorship proposals while developing media frameworkEmploy strategies and tactics to drive awareness and fan engagement in support of multi-platform programsImplement, track, and value cross-channel media and partnership activationCreate optimal media asset management process including timeline tracking and internal/external approvalsAnalyze campaign performance against benchmarks and optimize to ensure program surpasses expectationsConstruct and present impactful program recaps designed to optimize future strategy and tactics Media PlanningSupport Hearts & Science Strategy teams with tactical insights across all sports media channels with expertise in digitalWork with agency partners including creative partners at BBDO, Critical Mass, Argo & Dieste to develop holistic sports platform planning that tie into overall brand strategyProvide overviews and trends of current broadcast rights and consumption across propertiesAct as liaison between Strategy and Hearts & Science/Optimum Sports investment team Sports Landscape ConsultationMaintain overall sports landscape analysis with focus on media and property outlookAnalyze and understand the targets’ consumption behaviors by sports or property across channelsMaintain in-depth understanding of emerging media and evaluate strategic integration opportunitiesProvide timely media and sports marketplace information regarding both sponsorship and pricing trendsThis is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$50,000—$95,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
