Position: Layout Engineer/LeadLocation: RemoteMust-Have SkillsFactory layout design (2D/3D layouts, block layouts)Material flow optimization (inbound, WIP, outbound logistics)Site master planning & infrastructure designPFEP, warehouse design, and material handling systemsCapacity planning (OEE, takt time, cycle time, line balancing)Data-driven layout analytics & performance metricsTools: Inventor / AutoCAD / Revit / similar design toolsCross-functional stakeholder managementMust-Have Experience7+ years in factory layout / industrial engineering / manufacturing systemsExperience in large-scale manufacturing environments (automotive, energy, heavy industry)Proven work in site planning, factory ramp-up, and layout executionExposure to facility design, logistics flow, and construction coordination
