Job Summary We are seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to support laboratory quality control operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for performing quality control testing, maintaining accurate laboratory records, supporting production through analytical reporting, and ensuring compliance with laboratory procedures and safety standards. Job Description Perform and document Quality Control procedures and test results accurately and in a timely manner.Apply Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) to properly record and maintain raw test data, including chromatograms, graphs, spectra, and laboratory reports.Communicate test results, product dispositions, and recommendations to Production and Quality Assurance leadership.Calculate and recommend batch adjustments to support production requirements.Report issues related to procedures, equipment, raw materials, specifications, or products to the QA Supervisor and laboratory team.Maintain laboratory inventory of reagents, supplies, and equipment to ensure operational readiness.Prepare standard laboratory reagents and perform reagent standardization and equipment calibration on a routine basis.Maintain detailed records, control charts, and trend analysis documentation.Support smooth laboratory operations through communication, planning, and coordination across shifts.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
