Part-Time Appointment Setter – Remote *Red Stiletto Studios* *Remote | Part-Time | 20 hours per week* *Starting at $12-$15/hour* Job Summary Red Stiletto Studios is looking for a friendly, confident, highly personable *Part-Time Appointment Setter* to join our team. You will be the *first personal point of contact* for women who have expressed interest in Red Stiletto Studios through our marketing. These leads are provided to you through our CRM—this is not traditional cold calling. Your job is to connect with leads, make them feel comfortable, learn what they're looking for, qualify them based on our guidelines, and schedule qualified prospects for a consultation with one of our Beauty Consultants. This role requires someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people. We're looking for a natural conversationalist who is warm, intuitive, quick on their feet, and able to build rapport without sounding scripted or pushy. Responsibilities * Make approximately *70 outbound phone calls per working day* * Consistently contact and follow up with leads provided through our CRM * Communicate with prospective clients by phone and text * Build genuine rapport and make prospective clients feel comfortable * Ask questions to understand each lead's needs, interests, and goals * Qualify leads according to Red Stiletto Studios guidelines * Schedule qualified leads for consultations with our Beauty Consultants * Follow up consistently with leads who aren't ready to schedule immediately * Maintain accurate notes, appointments, and lead statuses within the CRM * Follow our established communication and follow-up processes * Represent Red Stiletto Studios with warmth, confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism What We're Looking For The right person for this position is someone who can *talk to almost anyone*. You don't need to sound like a salesperson. In fact, we'd rather you didn't. You should be able to have a natural conversation, listen to what someone is really saying, pick up on social cues, think quickly, and know how to keep a conversation moving. Our ideal candidate: * Has excellent verbal and written communication skills * Is a natural conversationalist * Is friendly, outgoing, and personable * Has strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills * Can quickly build rapport over the phone * Is comfortable making *70 phone calls per day* * Can confidently guide a conversation without being pushy * Is a strong listener who asks good questions * Is comfortable handling different personalities and situations * Is organized and consistent with follow-up * Can work independently and manage their time effectively * Is comfortable learning and working within a CRM * Genuinely enjoys encouraging and connecting with women * Believes in our mission of helping women feel confident, celebrated, and empowered Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, hospitality, recruiting, beauty, photography, or other people-focused roles is a plus, but *personality, communication skills, and reliability are extremely important to us.* About Red Stiletto Studios Red Stiletto Studios is a luxury beauty and boudoir photography studio focused on helping women see themselves in a new way.
