Responsibilities Perform inpatient chart audits focused onDRG validation Review diagnoses and procedures for coding accuracy (ICD-10-CM/PCS) Identify documentation gaps and coding discrepancies Ensure compliance withCMS and UHDDS guidelines Provide clear audit findings and recommendations Requirements ActiveCCS, RHIT, or RHIA certification (required) 3+ years of inpatient coding or auditing experience Strong knowledge ofMS-DRGs and inpatient hospital coding Experience with acute care hospital records
