Mortgage Origination Customer Service Rep

Job Title: Mortgage Origination Customer Service Representative Location: Indianapolis, IN (onsite) Compensation: $23.47/HR - $25.75/HR on W2 Security Clearance: Public Trust (HUD Central Clearance)ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service by answering calls and emails related to FHA guidelines and procedures from the lending industry and the public.Use your mortgage industry knowledge to locate answers in knowledge databases and acknowledge client requests.Follow standard operating procedures for various topics, systems, and contact channels.Document all contacts accurately in the database.Stay current on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.RequirementsHigh School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificateMinimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience (e.g., loan originator, loan processor, junior underwriter, loan officer)Minimum of 1 year of contact center or telephone customer service experienceAbility to obtain a US Security clearance (similar to a Public Trust), including a credit check and background investigationAbility to navigate multiple computer systems and applications, utilizing search toolsExcellent time management skills and dependabilityStrong written and verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquetteKeyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minuteSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
