We value professionals who are energized by growth over comfort, and absolute ownership over minimal accountability.Candidate ProfileMust-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)Legal Credentials: Hold a J.D. and an active license to practice law in a US state.Legal Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing law.Sales Track Record: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales with a history of hitting performance quotas.CRM Proficiency: Minimum of 1 year of daily professional experience using HubSpot (or similar CRMs) for pipeline management.Communication: Demonstrated ability to translate complex healthcare law into actionable value propositions for prospective clients.Nice-to-Have AttributesSpecific Licensure: Active license to practice law in Minnesota or California.Geography: Physical residence near San Diego, CA or the Twin Cities, MN.AI Literacy: Experience using AI and comfort with prompting for AI-assisted tasks.Marketing: Interest in contributing to firm content creation, including video and thought leadership.Accountability & KPI VisibilityYour performance and eligibility for advancement are tied to the following metrics:Conversion Rate: Meet established target conversion rates from qualified intake to signed engagement letter.Data Integrity: Meet established benchmarks for data accuracy in HubSpot to ensure reliable tracking of conversion rates.Acceptance Metrics: Meet established benchmarks for case acceptance rates by the delivery team within the designated clawback window.Success Roadmap: Your First 90 Days30 Days (Integration): Complete internal training on healthcare law value propositions and delivery team acceptance criteria, achieve HubSpot CRM proficiency, and shadow 10+ initial consultations.60 Days (Execution): Take full ownership of the intake pipeline, managing the sales cycle from initial contact to signed engagement letters while maintaining strict data integrity within HubSpot.90 Days (Impact): Consistently achieve established monthly conversion and case acceptance targets, and contribute to one strategic refinement of sales scripts or intake processes.Professional Growth & Career ProgressionWe provide a documented path for advancement within the organization:Senior Sales & Intake Specialist: Upon consistently exceeding conversion targets for 12 months, you will take on complex enterprise leads and mentor new hires.Director of Business Development: As we expand nationally, we will need leadership roles overseeing the sales and revenue department and refining firm-wide pricing strategies.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $100,000 per yearCommission: 2% of Attributed Gross Revenue.Payout Frequency: Commissions are paid out quarterly.2026 Estimated OTE (On-Target Earnings): $176,800+ in addition to base salary.Retirement: 3% Company matching contribution to an IRA (base salary).Health Insurance: 50% premium coverage provided by the Company.Paid Time Off: 18 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays annually.
