Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k), Paid holidaysSummaryConnect Search is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Racine County.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce defects, and improve ergonomicsLead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issuesDevelop and improve manufacturing methods through process optimization and capital equipment improvementsAnalyze workforce standards, workflow, and space requirementsCreate and maintain written manufacturing instructions and documentationSupport tooling design and collaborate cross-functionally to improve production efficiencyAssist in equipment and material purchasing decisions and evaluate products against specificationsEstimate production times, staffing requirements, and related costsApply statistical methods to evaluate and forecast manufacturing requirementsSupport budget development and manage capital expenditures within department guidelinesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related engineering field required3+ years of relevant professional experienceManufacturing experience preferred (hydraulics/fluid power background a plus)Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentExperience supporting LEAN manufacturing initiativesExperience with automation projects preferredPLC knowledge a plus
