Welders WantedLocation: Rosemount, MNSchedule Options: 1st, 2nd and weekend shiftEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the OpportunityWe are hiring a skilled MIG Welder to join our rapidly growing fabrication team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality welds, enjoys working from blueprints, and wants long-term stability with opportunities to grow.ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel (7 gauge to 1/4 inch).Read and interpret detailed welding blueprints and welding symbols.Determine proper welds, callouts, and positions for each job.Assist with cutting, organizing, and staging materials for the team.Operate fabrication equipment, including grinders and cutting tools.Perform finishing work such as grinding, insulation cutting, and part prep.Spend approximately 80% of your time welding and 20% on fabrication support.Required SkillsProficiency in MIG welding.Ability to read and understand blueprints and weld symbols.Strong shop math and measurement skills.Reliable work history and consistent attendance.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Apple Valley, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
