Friday 8:30 AM-5No weekendsOpportunity to move up in my agencyResponsibilities:Handle incoming customer phone callsCall and follow up with warm leads provided by the agencyDeliver strong customer service to current customers and build client relationshipsAssist with quotes, policy updates, and general supportMaintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environmentQualifications:Must have a clean background recordStrong communication skillsBe able to pass licensing requirements ( Study material and testing will be paid for by agency)Willingness to learn insurance concepts (licensing assistance available)Customer service or sales experience is a plusCompensation:Competitive hourly base + commission structure, with potential to earn $55 ,000+ depending on performance.
