CLT/ICC Special Inspector

Fenagh Engineering and Testing is seeking a CLT/ICC Inspector with to perform inspections to include the following: audits, inspecting structural steel fabrication and erection, material identification. The candidate must hold their Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) and ICC Reinforced Concrete certifications. The position will be supporting a client in Happy Valley, OR. General Responsibilities:Perform observations and inspections.Compile daily reports outlining inspections and reporting deficiencies (if any).Read and understand specific project plans and specifications.Communicate with project team regarding project requirements and inspection results.Requirements:ICC Reinforced Concrete certification.Cross-Laminated Timber certification.Preferred:Healthcare project experienceCLT/Glulam Inspection experienceConstruction Quality Management for Contractors Certification (USACE)Benefits include company paid holidays, sick days, 2 weeks paid vacation, 100% health insurance premium, matching 401k plan.
