The role offers a balanced schedule, a supportive clinical environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on adult and geriatric patient populations.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in accordance with clinical protocols and the scope of practiceOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imagingCoordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and community resources as neededPerform minor in-office procedures and limited in-house lab work (based on credentials)Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentationCollaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure quality patient outcomesQualificationsLicensed Physician Assistant in the State of IdahoNational certification (NCCPA for Physician Assistant)Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in primary care, with functional experience (preferred)Active DEA and Idaho Controlled Substance RegistrationCurrent BLS certificationStrong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work autonomouslyScheduleFour 10-hour shifts per week (Monday-Thursday) or (Tuesday-Friday)Phone-only on-call rotation approximately 1 weekend every 5 weeksBenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time Off
