Security Operations (Cleveland Regional Office)

Security Operations ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee daily security operations for our Parma, Ohio branch serving the greater Cleveland area. The Operations Manager works closely with Branch Management, Administration, Human Resources, and Field Supervision to ensure all employee hiring, training, deployment, and ongoing supervisory needs are met. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing account staffing, procedural processing and documentation, coaching, promotion, demotion, and termination processes of field-assigned personnel. The Operations Manager partners closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Lead Personnel to ensure accounts operate efficiently and in full compliance with contract specifications. The Operations Manager also works directly with the Branch Manager to ensure effective communication and clear procedural follow-through between field personnel, clients, and internal support departments. RequirementsValid driver's license Clean driving record for 3+ years Reliable transportation required Ability to obtain an Ohio Guard Card Strong experience working as a Security Supervisor and/or Manager Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment Key ResponsibilitiesComply with company Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, and safety protocols, and ensure full compliance by all field personnel Create, modify, and manage computerized post schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times Ensure all positions are staffed according to contract requirements Effectively manage branch overtime through proper scheduling and staffing Maintain a qualified and sufficient pool of SROs, Rovers, and/or Flex personnel to backfill open/vacant positions Receive weekly timesheets and update computerized schedules as necessary Run bi-weekly payroll in accordance with company procedures Ensure payroll records are properly maintained and resolve discrepancies promptly Conduct disciplinary and counseling sessions in a proactive and professional manner Initiate voluntary and involuntary termination procedures as needed Manage and/or review the "No Hours Worked Report" weekly with branch staff Promote high employee morale and low turnover through effective leadership and communication Enforce post-specific policies and procedures through training and oversight Prepare and review required operational reports and address discrepancies promptly Essential DutiesReport all client compliments, complaints, contract changes, service changes, job bidding activity, and notices of termination to the Branch Manager Communicate client and employee grievances to the Branch Manager and appropriate HR representatives This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced security professional looking to step into a key leadership role with strong operational impact in the Cleveland-area market.
