This high exposure role will partner across various levels of the Finance Organization. The Senior Financial Analyst will manage forecast updates, latest thinking and closing activities. This individual will apply their strong analytical skills to develop insights required to add value to the organization. In addition, this individual will have the opportunity to present to Senior Finance Leaders. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong business partnering skills, ability to navigate and manage complexity and proven leadership capabilities.ResponsibilitiesProvide financial leadership, guidance and support for various Global Finance LeadersPrepare and present forecast update presentations to senior leaders, using executive framing to shape key messagesProvide business partner and decision support to the Leadership Teams during forecast cycles, quarterly updates and ad-hoc projectsLead and drive planning and quarterly closing activities for expense and headcountUtilize financial systems and data visualization tools for Financial Planning and Reporting.Support Global Finance team as needed with consolidation & reporting of financial resultsAnalyze, interpret and translate complex data into valuable insightsIdentify innovative solutions to improve processes and develop key analytics to help drive informed business decisionsSupport continuous improvement activities for standardization, simplification and automationUnderstand the purpose and intended end-state vision of the aligned roadmap for our Corporate Functional Transformation project while actively embracing and supporting the changeProvide leadership with support on ad hoc requests/ projectsEnsure adherence to SOX, WWP's, and internal policies and proceduresQualificationsA minimum of a bachelor's degree is required with a major in Accounting or Finance preferred.A CPA, CMA, MBA, or other financial certifications are preferredA minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting or relevant business experience is requiredStrong financial systems experience (SAP, data visualization/analysis tools), and MS Office preferred with Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills are requiredCandidate must possess strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, influencing skills, independent thinking, leadership abilities including mastering complexity and planning/prioritizationAbility to partner at all organizational levels, operate with a high degree of independence and have the proven ability to lead and collaborate is requiredThis role will be located in New Brunswick, NJ with minimal travelJohnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
